is the throttle pedal lifted to similar level with the brake pedal for easier heel and toe?

Heel/toe is a misnomer. To blip the throttle is this car you roll the foot over onto the gas pedal while braking. It's pretty easy to do given the close proximity of the pedals to each other.
This new pedal set does require less roll of the foot to reach the gas and thus makes the throttle blip easier. As far as height goes the brake and clutch pedals are considerably thicker than the stock rubber cover which moves these pedals up toward the driver. My impression is that the gas pedal may not have come up quite as much as the brake. In any case the pedals are a nice improvement over stock and they look fantastic in aluminum

Coming from a miata, this is a significant change that I'm still not used to. My 2006 miata has the perfect pedal placement and shape for heel-toe shifting. Even the side-to-side throttle blipping on the stock 981 pedals isn't very easy. I think the numeric pedals will definitely make it easier with the wider throttle pedal, though I'm not sure how the higher brake pedal will affect that.

There was a pre-order discount.
I'm going to guess that that discount may be extended given the extenuated circumstances we all faced this holiday season.

A few custom sets we did for some customers! One just wanted his nickname etched into the pedals and the other went full red cerakote! They turned out awesome
