Default 2015 GTS @ the track

Took my 2015 Cayman GTS to Laguna Seca with Northern CA Racing Club on January 18th. Great event, of track time and good drivers. Went out in the Point By Group....

Good gawd, what a car...it was a 90 dB day so I had to feather the throttle from Turn 5 to Turn 6 past the sound shack. Go back into the Sport + mode too soon, once, and blew a 94 dB, meatball flag, end of that session. I was more careful the next time out. I turned quite a few laps in the 1:46.3 to 1:46.6 range. If I assume that I was losing 2 seconds feathering the throttle, then theoretically, the car could have been doing 1:44.3 to 1:44.6 That's a pretty decent time at Laguna Seca. Last year in my former 2004 GT3, my best time was a 1:44.4

And keep in mind this was my first time at the track with the 2015 Cayman GTS. I'll post a pic up in a few....

Talking Ordered grill(s) today

Thanks for the nice comment on my recent Laguna Seca pic..it was professionally shot by Got Blue Milk, the NorCal premier track photographer. I did note the name of your company and your website on the comment.
I have been looking, with no success, for 981 (2015 Cayman GTS) side grills, the usual sources don't have them, but your company does! I just ordered side radiator grills for my 981. I hope one order = a grill for each side. Thanks for supporting Rennlist.
