yeah thanks... it's not bad right now, but it will probably get worse

hopeflly Porsche will do something about this..... I remember Lexus having similar issues with the melting dash and they finally owned up to it and did a major recall and replaced entire dash boards

^ I wouldn't hold your breath on that.

I didn't notice mine either until after I had the car for a week or so, but I was still under factory warranty, so no worries. I'm assuming you are no longer under warranty?

How do your headlights look?

you would think this could be an easy fix with some proper glue???
It's not an easy fix. It's more than just the vinyl peeling off the plastic - I've looked at it very closely and while I don't have an unaffected one to compare it to, I believe the plastic itself is actually warping.

+1...When I noticed my driver side panel beginning to warp, I called the dealership and told them I wanted both sides replaced. They scheduled an appointment and replaced both panels, no charge and no questions asked. Took about 2 hours total.

So Porsche is replacing these panels but has anyone confirmed that they’ve addressed the issue with the replacement panel? Otherwise isn’t everyone at risk of this happening again?

They should replace them with leather ones, as a courtesy permanent solution.
