They are pretty much a direct fit. The margins around the top/bottom could be a little tighter but, not a big deal especially on a dark colored car. I did grind down the edge where it meets the Euro turn/side marker. Was a little tight. This too is a really nice piece.

Bought on eBay. The link I posted is a great price, didn't look at shipping. Don't know if Paragon sell them. I didn't know about them when I bought mine.

I'm sure this is not typical when installing the splitter but, I modified the stock lower valance cover beneath the splitter. I cut off and smoother the tabs that fit into the bumper cover and then ground off the outer edges level with the long mounting tabs on both sides. I didn't like seeing the ground throng the lower grill, just looks like something is missing....
