968 work shop manual
Is their a good source for 968 shop manual? I have a copy (on disc) that came with car but has very little info. I am wanting to change belts ect & would really like to do this myself but can't seem to find much info on this. I really don't want to spend $600 on manuals if their is an alternative
Thanks
Jeff

I'm looking for a digital copy of the 944 and 968 manuals, that is indexed and searchable.
I found the flat PDF version of the 968 manual, but prefer something that I can do a "find", and/or click on table of contents and taken to the correct page...
does that exist?

The 968WRKSP.pdf I have found on the internet is an indexed pdf file, but not searchable because the content consists of scanned pages stored as images.
I have no problems with that.

You can get the manuals directly from Porsche for about $150. Might even have been less than that. But there's a limited supply left, somewhere around 35 copies at last check a few months ago.

Be aware that you must have the complete 924 and 944 books to have everything you need to work on your car. Porsche did not reprint any sections which were the same as the other cars.
Another option is ALLDATAdiy.com These are digitized factory manuals with all figures and diagrams. I have a subscription for my Saab and love it.
