Yep. Looks like a Mazda wankel got stuffed in a Cabrio... for whatever logic is beyond me.

Alternatively, you may choose to see this as:

that's been floating around for 6+ months...doesn't seem like anyone is interested in picking it up!

I'd take this thing over the 944 batmobile... a 13b sounds great with an open exhaust. Make the most of the open top! It's still pretty clean... beyond the bonnet.
