A different cooling fans problem
I run the AC all the time so both fans are always running but when the temperature creeps above the first white mark the fans roar into high speed for a couple of minutes and as soon as it drops back to the white line they revert to slow speed so it is happening at least once every 10 minutes.
I'm running a 92-102 thermostat switch so I would have thought it needs to get to at least half before the high speed kicks in.
Clarkes Garage states that jumping terminals 3 & 2 on the themofan switch connector gives slow speed and 3 & 1 gives fast speed.
Does anyone know if this information correct for a 968 because mine are opposite to that and I was thinking it might be the reason for the problem.
Any ideas would be much appreciated.
