I hope you don't mind - I tweaked the shot for a better look. I think I like them

Sumitomo HTR ZIII
Fuchs recommended 205/50ZR17 on the front and 255/40ZR17 on the rear.

Should be 225/45's on the front.

Thanks for the reply! They look great, how do you like the drive and feel?

That is absolutely correct but like I said, went with Fuchs recommendation and like the results.

You have exquisite taste. I love your wheels on both of your cars!! Can I pick your brain? I'm thinking of changing the wheels of my 968 black coupe. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Did you happen to weigh them before you mounted the tires? They look sick, btw.

Both cars look great! I've owned both a 1970 and 1972 Ghia in the past (yours looks to be around a 1968?). My 72 had dual port heads (I think VW started that in 71... not sure) and I could never get it to run as smooth as the 70. Anyway, nice cars!

Going the same route here. Fuchsfelge sells the 17" x 7/9, and look great!

Perhaps 16" are still acceptable even with 9s at the rear?

I wish they would have kept the original design as I much prefer that over the latest iteration.

many years too late, but their recommended sizes f205-r255 are for 911's and boxsters with that mid and rear engine weight bias. if I could ever afford them and the shipping to NZ I'd go with Porsches recommended 17" tyre size for 7 & 9x16 and go 225/45 front and 255/40 rear.

Great! Thanks for the info... 17's look rad, but the 16's probably better for daily use - I'm still on the fence.

I need to find the offsets, since I just found a 911 shop in Wisconsin that sells a forged 3-pc Fuch...

I have LSD, so maybe I'm fine with same width front and rear... ???
