Creaking rear suspension noise

Creaking rear suspension noise
I keep getting a creaking noise from both sides of the car. Happens always when I hit a speed bump (at low speed) or a big dip in the road at speed. Also happens sometimes when I get the car started from a dead stop. Sounds like the suspension is compressing? Have changed the shocks, have greased the swaybar links and bushings etc etc. But still it is noisy.
92 coupe with 140k or so. Daily driver Noises are annoying rather than ominous (no worry of breakdowns)
Two things it could be I am thinking
Bushings for rear trailing arm (I lubed/greased them that I could get to with no apparent effect)
or
Torsion bar spring setup- don't even know where to begin on this
Anyone have any perspective on this? What could it be

Recommend checking the sway bar bushings before going down T-bar route. Read sway bar bushings are very easy to get to and I re-grease mine every spring.

Wish it were that simple. I know for a fact that it is not sway bar bushings. Lots of grease on them already. I am going to try and lube the torsion bar setup without any disassembly. Will let you know how it works out.
