Auxiliary water & oil temperature / pressure sensors position
For those what have auxiliary water & oil temperature / pressure gauges, where do you place those sensors in your engine?
I have installed a set of Stack gauges in my CS and the water temperature seem much higher than the factory gauge. Also, oil temperature seem very high and reach up to 140C when pushing hard in a very hot track day. However, the temperature gauge on the dash is sitting a little lower than 9 o'clock position and looks comfortable. Did I position the oil & water temperature sensor incorrectly?
