968 battery

Guys.... I have just acquired a 968 coupe 1992 and it need a new battery. I just don't know the correct spec. Please help.
It's a ROW spec car and I live in Thailand where airconditioning is essential.

Hello way out there,what i have in my 93 is an AC Delco & I'm very satisfy with it part # for the 968 will be 555457.Also a very popular battery with the 944s/968 crowd is the Interstate Mega-Tron plus 91 more infos on that one from www.interstate batterie.com.

OOPS forgot the pics.Btw you need at least a 350 amps/700cca battery.Also before intalling you new battery you should get yourself a battery matt (aprox $6.00) available from www.pelicanprats.com what it does is keep the humidity out of your battery cubby hole & in case of a spill will absorbe the acide.

Thanks a bunch, guys.... I have just blew a coolant hose (the small one from thermostat to the reservoir)... I hope the engine is OK... I was on the motorway, running around 140km/h when the aircon turn warm and I saw white vapor from behind... I looked at the temp gauge and it was pointing sky high... ended up flat-beding it home.
