Default Atlanta 968 dyno day

Planning on going by the local dyno in Marietta on Thursday after work to see what this car will put down. I have a buddy with a red 92 that is planning on being there as well. Anyone else is welcome to join - there is a special for $50 for three pulls on Thursdays...

Do folks still use 4th gear on a 6 spd for the pull?

Guess I should be hoping for 200hp/200 tq at the rear wheels on a stock engine? Maybe less with 150k miles...

I went with a friend to this same dyno back in Aug 2010 with his stock 200k mile S2. It made 170 hp/180 tq at the rear wheels.

No idea what numbers you'll see, but I'm curious to know the results as well.

That's a great bargain 3 for 50, I don't think I have ever seen it that low before. Have fun and post results.

Your numbers will also depend on the type of dyno used. Mustang<dynojet.

It is a dynojet. www.dynolab.net

Might not even make 200 hp. If the 208 hp crank S2 is making 170 then that is an 18% loss. The 968 would be around 193 hp...

I made right around 200 on my first build before adding headers, chip, etc, eventually getting up to 220 rwhp.
