it moves 1mm left and right. moving rotor counterclockwise (more advance) car started, but runs with 2 cyls. there's some problem in firing the two injectors, tested with working cyls and it repeats.

have to measure DME wiring harness, if the wires are ok, hope they are.

I guess having one tooth off with timing belt shouldn't show with this kind of error with engine? so it is probably some problem with wiring?

problems are now fixed. main cause was that + cables that come from car CPU / DME did not get equal power from the battery. contact to battery plus terminal was poorly designed (own design), and improving the mechanics on plus terminal made the problems go away.

No car runs and rews very nicely, I'm most satisfied! did not remember at all how fast and nimble this car is around corners, it just goes and screams more!

all in all, symptoms were wierd in this case, but they often are when it comes to electrical problems.
I'm happy the wiring is intact, and there was no bigger problems in car setup.

Glad that is all it was, now when someone has a similar prob. there will be something to research.
I just replaced rotor recently, and I do believe rotor is installed in one posit. only.
