noisy valves?
just fired up my 94 968 with 22000 mi., it's at rest for the winter, and at idle there was quite a bit of chatter that i hadn't noticed before! the cam belt and water pump were changed two summers ago and the tension was rechecked and everything is fine. when i rev the the noise is gone, but at idle, very noisy! any ideas. could i have carbon yet?
