Cool Looking for a 968 cab...

...and will listen to any owners wishing to air good and bad 968 personality traits!!!
Oh, and what IS this "trans...bearing...factory design defect" issue about?

The pinion bearing has too much preload from the factory and will wear exceedingly fast (much heat). Replacing it is mostly labor ($1800 is what I paid).

My '95 968 cab is a great car but in NJ not an acceptable daily driver. I solved this problem by buying a BMW to drive everyday. Simple.

The rear window is plastic which makes for relatively poor visibility and the top leaks slightly under heavy rains.

Also the lack of a back seat limits storage space and flexibility.
