Please elaborate! I'm sure many of us would be interested to see what your ideas are.

Is this the Kokeln conversion you are talking about (in a 944-body).

From a glance, it looks like it uses a different intake manifold as well. I assume a 968 setup would require a custom IC. What does this cost?
Pardon my ignorance, but is the 968 block/head different enough that on can't use the 8v 951 intake manifold (as on the factory 968 Turbo S)? On that note, what about the 951 exhaust manifold and crossover pipe?

Forgot about the intake manifold. The most common "custom" intake manifold for 968 Turbos is a 951 intake with slightly different runners. The exhaust is custom.
The cylinder head they used on the factory cars an 8V design, sort of a mix and match between the 951 and 2.7 heads, with some custom stuff, like a ceramic combustion chamber.
I think anything that was used on the 951 top end aside from the head, could be slightly modified to fit on a 968.
I'm doing a 968 Turbo conversion, I'm just gathering all the parts right now.

He lives in Woodinville and we will both be at PRI for the PCA DE on June 2nd. I hope to have my 968 Turbo S wing installed by then.
