Purchased it when I bought my car but I don't think I ever used it, or if I did just once or twice, so it's effectively as new.

Here's a picture of the cover in the bag. Grey/Silver mesh kind of material. Bag is same material as cover.

However the bag is the same material as the car cover - so yes - I believe that makes it waterproof, or atleast rain proof. Came with cover, bag & locking cable.
