Default bosch gen 3 injectors WARNING

I dynoed my bosch gen3 injectors. I had to but over 100+ psi to get air/fuel correct. put stock injectors back in 50 PSI. At 50psi w/gen3 put my air fuel 14.9.
Injector connection tested said they were fine,and he gave my $ back.(very honorable man)
Now to any of you who just dropped them in I would get use of wide band, dynoed or feel free to completely disreguard post, good luck in all affairs.
Any of you who actually know me,this is not a discussion. I doubt I'll be on for months (racing season)

So were the injectors the wrong size? How do you know what a correct air:fuel ratio is? Seems that you could get away with a leaner mixture when using an injector that does a better job of atomizing fuel with the air charge, but I don't know.

Trev, the dyno measures the air mix post exhaust, so it doesn't matter what the atomization of the mix going in is.

The Gen 3 injector sounds like a good way to burn holes in your pistons.

I agree completely that if you change injectors or other items that could affect the air:fuel ratio you need to check to make sure that all is well. I did that when I installed the 3rd gen injectors in my car and posted my results. I've cut and pasted the dyno sheet below. Car was dynoed on the old injectors, then new injectors installed with no other changes made. As you can see there was very little change. Of course YMMV
