This popped up on CL here in Chicago. Anyone looking? Wish there were pix in the link. BTW I have no affiliation with the owner/seller.

I think I,ll go by what you mention about the funds , when your trying to sell such a rare animal pics is diffinetly a must & having his SD cart at his friend place is something I don't buy.Plus one of the first place is for sale add should be posted is on Rennlist.

I'm in, how about a group buy. I bet it is one of the rare elusive "Le Mans" editions that Porsche never built.

All one has to do is call the number in the listing.

D or anyone else:

think there'd be any issues bringing a real Turbo S to the states ? i think there's plenty of states that offer exemptions. how else are there 959's here ? i don't see it being too much of a problem.

He mentions his the SD card is at his "partner's" house. As in "partner in crime"....Or perhaps "life partner".

He sent me pictures of the car. Looks like a stock 968 with 17" Cup 1's. I emailed him, asking where the splitter, NACA ducts, big reds, Speedlines, and rear wing are. We'll see what he replies.

If you google the email addy you can find an ad with a few pics... of a bog-standard 968 coupe. I suggest flagging, he can repost an ad when he knows what he's selling.

It also shows up for sale in Sarasota, FL, listed on CL today. Sounds like a scammer.
