Default Selling 968 race car need advice

Hello all -thinking of selling race car with history at KMR stable - Currently running in PCA GT3 It has the best of the best- as far components -If you need to see the car it is featured in GT racing catalog - The car was used to create molds for 968's -it has all new drive train -motec M4 and on 2500 lbs 2.6/ 3L sleeved motor -T66 turbo ( look at my profile pic shows motor) Dry sump - I belive it to be raced in WC racing series - I would like to place add -i do not know what the market will allow for this kind of car - any advice on where to place an "ad" IE -Racer or PCA or ???

If your a PCA member you can place the ad for free.
I would do that.
Also list here in the member to member FS page, again free to you.

Pricing will be tough.

I just bought a 968 race car but yours sounds like a serious faster classes podium contender.

When I was looking, I browsed at all these plus some additional non-domestic sites:

http://www.racingjunk.com/category/4...-newest&page=1
http://www.improvedtouring.com/forum...splay.php?f=65
http://www.autotrader.com/ (yes... list it as well... we all look there as well for possible "projects" or "deals")
http://pca.org/Default.aspx?tabid=46...at&parentId=11
http://www.race-cars.com/carsales/complist.htm#modrace
https://rennlist.com/ads/
http://www.racecarsonly.com/
http://www.racer-net.com/
http://www.racecarmagazine.com/
http://www.racecarsdirect.com/

Certainly not all are road racing or Porsche centric, but it gets the car out there in the community and leads are important across the board.

Also e-mail/talk to Pete at RS Barn (www.RSBarn.com) in PA or Will at Precision Motorsports Racing in NJ which are great NE sources for all things 944/968 racing. They may have leads from customers, etc.

Also, create and account and post the car's profile on www.CarDomain.com. I have had my car/story there (http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3018343) for about 2 years and have received over 9,000 hits in that period. They now have a formal "For Sale" tag capability...

How much do you want for it? Is it widebody or was it used to create widebody panels?

Great looking car! My 968 Turbo was built by Kelly Moss as well. They also placed the turbo on the passenger side but it sits just above the lower control arm.
