968 Variocam tensioner
How often do people replace variocam tensioners on 968s? I have an extra one that is in good shape that I would like to sell. How much are they worth? Anyone need one?

I might be interested depending on price. I have no idea what they're worth used. AFAIK they shouldn't need replacing, just the pads and chain. I have heard the solenoids sometimes go bad (the big cylinder on the top).
