The gaitor (shift boot) is what i purchased on ebay. Bought the insert from paragon (no gear ****). I took apart my shiftknob/boot/insert and put everything back together with the new boot & insert. Was a pain in the butt getting the boot over the shiftknob...with i got it on there eventually. Now that i've done it once, the next one will be much easier.
Are you in the NY Metro area by chance? if so, we can meet up and i'd do the install for you after you get all of whats needed. I'm in NYC. If not, i can give you direction over the phone.
