The normal vernacular is Cup 1's. Like Big Reds, Phone Dials, Cookie Cutters, et. al., the common terms supercede the offical Porsche lingo in PET. Do a search on Cup 1 or Cup 2 and see how many gazillion hits you'll find.
the official name for the 16" wheels is "C2 5-Spoke" The early 17" wheels were "C2 Turbo" and the later 17" wheels are "993 Cup".
however, many people refer to the 16" & early 17" as Cup 1's & the later 17" wheels as Cup 2's.
i dont know what the 18" Speedlines avail on the 968 Turbo S & '94 964 Turbo 3.6 were called. Maybe someone else can chime in on the official and slang (if there is one) name for them.
There has been many a debate on wheel names- I have found ascociated with the porsche part numbers that the 16" wheels were called Cup, narrow spoke, 17" wheels were Cup 1, with other deviations asscoiated with the suttle spoke twists etc.
The cup1 have a flat face, the cup2 are curved face and are what alot of people call 993 style becasue many came with them. All of the Cup1 ot cup @ have the same part number class, t heturbo name really only refers to the offset but many guys call them that too.
Fox's guess is correct on the 968 turbo - they are called 964 Turbo 3.6 (speedlines) As far as the aftermarket manufactures go there is a wide range of what they call what- adding to the confusion. Here is the complete porsche wheel listing with part numbers and weights- a great link

Notthd, you 930 looks great. I've contemplated getting 18" 964 Turbo Speedlines several times. I really love those wheels as far as styling goes, i just wish they were lighter.
Reason I'm asking is I have a set to sell... They are C2's by the definition above. Thanks for chiming in.
I'd say the are 8/10, just a liitle bit of curb rash, but straight / true etc. I put them in Craigslist at $400, but maybe that's too much. What d'ya think?
