Did the 968cs have manual mirrors?
I got to thinking about it the other day, did the 968cs have manual mirrors? You don't usually get a good picture of the door to see if there is a joystick for adjusting the mirrors.

I wonder if there was an option to have or not have manual mirrors, since some CS's had comfort seats and power windows while others were bare bones.
Is there a part number to get the aero style mirrors that aren't motorized I wonder...

I have original brochures from CS and they list under "windows" "Manually adjustable door mirrors" mine originally had comfort option.

I looked into this when i bought my mirrors from Sunset. If i remember right the manual mirrors were from the RS America. The difference being you buy the base for the 944 / 968 instead.
Here were the prices i was quoted 2-years ago from Sunset.
944-731-901-00 auto style for electric mirrors 318.91 in stock
964-731-901-02 911 set for manual mirrors 293.87
Pedestal mounts for 911 mirrors to 968/944 doors 37.93 ea but a month
from Germany

The 968CS had manual mirrors unless you ordered the comfort pack. That's correct.
I ordered my parts from Sunset. They had a whole bunch of part#'s, including ones that started with 965, etc, etc. If you contact Sunset they will be able to provide you with the numbers and you should be able to order.
On my car, where the little adjuster joystick for the mirrors was, I simply plugged the hole with a black plastic trim button from the hatch area. It looks factory and clean. For the switch in front of the shifter I plugged it with a factory blank.

Hey there. Mine came from OG Racing, complete with the hoses and the fiberglass backing plates to direct air to the rotors. They don't make them anymore, but AIR sells the almost the same ducts (ducts only). You'd have supply your hoses and backing plates.

IMHO Air ones are not the greatest what comes to quality/looks.
I have done several pairs of these
All 968 CS model came without electrics unless comfortpack was ordered. I bought a set of complete electric version about 7 years ago directly from Zuffenhausen, i wasted some money into electric motors which are just the same ones (with928 part number Dutch made) as 944 have. So if you would like to have electric version, just use 944 motors and save some money.
