An LS1 968 just sold on ebay about a week ago with 175k on the chassis and needing minor work:

Great looking car you've got, I'm sure it's a blast!

that one was offered to me in a pm a few weeks ago. it's the same Mike Goki car with a mild race cam that sold last year for $17 K..... the new owner blew the clutch and had a possible blown pinion bearing. for some reason, it seemed he wasn't happy with it and simply decided to sell it.... i already had my project pretty far along and i wasn't in the mood to possibly have to replace more than just the clutch (if there was any issue with the fitment of the Renegade adaptor plate)...... then still have to fix the transmission to go along with the cost of the car. the bellhousing adapter, crossmember and uprights should probably be discarded and replaced with the closer tolerance equipment made by Robert M., Eric Hill and a new Spec clutch installed. overall, it's a nice car though.

Sounds about just right. Plenty of go but still manageble without killing yourself or abusing the rest of the drivetrain. I am sure it is fun.

Default for the win.....

348 = mild ? from a V8 ?

more like, 'remember Clarkson ?'

with like double the mid-range power assaulting the pavement all the way up and up and up ?

like maybe, a dozen times more fun to drive than a 4 cylinder car.

can only imagine just how amazing JPR's ride must be....

needless to say, it'll be on a smaller scale, but i like what Clarkson is experiencing here.
