HELP! Oil covering 2 and 3 spark plugs

Removed the sparkplugs to then remove the valve cover. Both the 2 / 3 plugs were covered in engine oil? Any ideas?

Just use new gaskets when reinstalling the valve cover.

The dounuts under the sparkplug holes are leaking. Make sure you install them the right way.
