yet another door lock question
Howdy, searched and did not see this combination of symptoms, so I'm looking for suggestions. Car is an unaltered 94 968 coupe.
- Key in passenger door: locks/unlocks passenger door only, sets/resets alarm.
- Key in driver door: locks/unlocks both doors, sets alarm as normal.
- Central locking switch: locks/unlocks both doors as normal.
- Pushing driver door lock button: locks driver door as normal.
- Pushing passenger door lock button: very stiff, does not depress.
I have seen good pictures somewhere of the whole door lock mechanism but I do not remember where...anyone? I have the 968 service manual but I did not purchase the 944 interior supplement.
