Interior Rattles
Does anyone know how to fix the rattles that are emitted from the center HVAC vents...my vents rattle pretty bad on bumpy roads and over railroad track. Other parts of the cars interior panels rattle too...and I know the hatch has a big part in the rattle situation.
Any suggestions would be great.
Thanks,
D

I have those same rattles. The only workaround is to guy your interior so the rattles are drowned out by the road noise.
Hatch noises can be minimized by readjusting the latch pins, and (if necessary) by resealing the hatch frame. It helps a little bit to disconnect the hatch shocks too, so the hatch will just sit heavily down and its own weight will keep it planted. Somewhat.
