Porsche and Audi is the best car combo. Sorry to see you sell your car.

Thanks! I have no real reason to sell my car, but I would like to put the money away until I find a real low mileage collectors quality 968 to keep in my stable for a while. I am also really wanting to start actively seeking a house and selling the 968 would be a good start. I haven't really advertised it, but today I got all depressed seeing it sitting in the garage for the past month and a half and decided it was time to see if I could really move it rather than toying with the idea.

It's funny - I've been trying to find a new 944 for my mom for the last month, and just today I opened her up to the idea of a 968. But NC is just too far...

Yet another car that I would be interested in. Why can't everyone wait until I get back to the states in May to sell?

FRporscheman,

I have shipped numerous cars between coasts, really not a big deal. Prices range from $800 to $1500 depending on how quick and nice of a truck you want. Typically it only takes about 2 weeks from pick up to delivery.

Wow, I've always been interested in doing that. What company do you use when you ship cars cross county?

MichelleJD,

I am going to snap pictures of the seats for the numerous emails I have recieved via Ebay. I will link you when I get them. My ignorance my cost me a few dollars on the Ebay auction so I am hoping to get them up before people ignore the auction.

Lord_Galva - I have used several. Its hit or miss but I only reccomend Intercity Lines or Gold Rush transport. Both are GPS tracked and nearly impeccable as far as timing goes. Its a very easy process - Arrange with a shipper to pick up my car, then they will contact me to figure out when I am available. Once they get a time from me they will schedule a truck. If there is a truck already in route they will work around that to pick it up sooner. You can then be in contact with the driver or shipping company about where you car is and when you can expect it. The two I listed have been nearly perfect about dropping the car off on time. You typically pay when the car arrives, and I would definantly buy as much insurance as possible.
