Once again, Eric (rennlist sponsor and all around great guy) at www.bumperplugs.com comes thru.
Rear bumperettes sent down and painted Polar Silver, perfect match.
He also did the rear bumperettes on the Lapis Blue 996TT a couple of years ago, perfect as well:

Simply as a matter of clarification, and not to belittle the fine work Bumperplugs does, any good body shop can refinish those bumperettes. I bought mine used from someone who had had the work done that way, and they're doing just fine.
I guess they sand down the pebbled finish and then prime and spray with plasticized paint.

Thanks. Did that, as well as 2 bumperplugs for the front.
Unfortunately, the rear trunk electric opening isn't working.....I'll take a look in the spring, as I bought the car and put it in the garage for winter!
As soon as the electric release is fixed, I'll install the modified rear keyhole plug.

I just happen to like dealing with Eric. He's a good guy & rennlist sponsor.
When I bought the 964 Euro Cup, there was a hole in the roof (where the racing antenna was once mounted). He supplied me with a perfect guards red plug for that!
