How thick are the 2 stock head gaskets for the 968?
Also, does the stock piston stick out of the "hole" at all? Mine's sticking out 0.010"

The head gasket thickness is about 1 millimeter after the head was properly torque (Compressed). As far as I now the deck height should be zero. Pistons with no protruding from the block face (deck). I think that 10 mils of an inch (0.254mm) for deck height purposes is essentially zero. Just my opinion.
