If the car was submersed in a Hurricane....ummm? If it was totaled in an accident....ummm...sometimes that doesn't take much on an older car but on a new car like that one was...ummm. Stolen? Better. Just be prepared for some surprises...even if you have a PPI done. In other words, pay low enough that you come out in the worst case scenario. If the car had the same thing done to it but no salvage title...we'd be talking differently. My .02
