That has been for sale for a bit. Nice car, will be interesting to see if they can get that much for it.

I know the owner (Patrick) of that specialty car dealership ... he is a lifelong Porsche fanatic and a standup/honest dude. But it will definitely be an interesting car to sell ... and no doubt fun to drive. I may need to go down to Dallas and see it.

And yet still Porsche insisted on placement of the ignition key on the right side of the wheel.

Such a beautiful piece of art that you can also drive. Weissach got it right in speed yellow.

I love this car. I am envisaging the “discussion” at the dinner table one would be having with their wife defending writing that check….but oddly enough ‘ those who know know ‘ guys wouldn’t argue at all…we just wouldn’t know what to benchmark the value on?!. Makes me appreciate my Club Sport platform a little more…and in fact, what I paid for IT compared to this may come up at dinner tonight 🙂. This 968TS is a seriously cool car.

As nice as this one is, I prefer the blood orange TS. Of course, that one sold at a significant premium over this one ($792k).

I think I would rather have 10 "regular" 968 it all different colors.
Throw in a few cabriolets and a huge garage space and I would be a happy camper...

This. That's the one. Speed Yellow is good but the only orange 968 is primo.

Oh my, yellow seems like a deal @ .57 M. It is truly amazing these transaxle cars went completely unnoticed (to me) in my late 20’s. The only one I remember was the 93 cab in raspberry metallic from the Beverly Hills Cop movie.

I didn’t like the cab and clueless what a coupe looked like even though I had already driven my neighbors ‘89 951. Compared to my 914-6 2.7 his 951 was butter smooth and scary fast because I couldn’t hear the motor or wind noise @ 100+.

Seeing the developments of the rare turbo incarnations changing hands really helps me appreciate my black early 94.

An automobile content creator called Automo Speed Crew has recently released a video about this Turbo S.

Thanks great advertisement. Now when I tell P-heads that the 968 was the best Porsche ever, I will point them to this video!
It's brilliance was it's demise, sounds like a Greek Tragedy.
Glad to know the stock gearbox, with racing ratios, withheld 70+more HP.
Aside-When I take my 968 to the track i sure wish I had different gear ratios. Great for the street, not so good at the track.

Anybody make a replacement rear spoiler like that one? This is very nice.

I am aware now. Not quite as nice as the one on the 968 Turbo, buy still nice. Got to get the CS steering wheel first!

Just saw it in person, if I could just win the lotto... The place handling it is under a 30m drive and they had a meet-n-greet coffee thing this morning. Lots of nice cars there, none any where near as rare as this one, and my guess is very few people there even knew what they were looking at!
