Yesterday in the morning there was a thread posted by a female owner of a Polar Silver Coupe with Tiptronic. I looked back later in the day and the thread had evaporated or was censored by Mods for some reason ?? Anyone know what happened ? Thanks in advance from Radio Free Europe...

I was wondering too. Since I had responded when it was up, I received a notification of a new post.
So I assume that it was just moved...I would think the classifieds might be a likely place?

There was a scammer hitting a number of classified ads yesterday that I reported. Could have been related.

Sadly, the mods apparently nuked it rather than move it to the classifieds. Too bad as it wasn’t a regular and she won’t be back. Doubly sad because I knew someone who was interested in the car.

It seems to me that vintage car parts are among one of the most common area to find scammers. Maybe it's just my luck, but I've ran into 3 lately. I assume they were scammers, I never gave them money so who knows. It's sad, I practically trust no one selling things on Facebook, but I have had many great transactions there.
