New CUP II Wheels & rubber
Just installed 9" x 17" 5 x 130 w/ET/46 "CUP II (Maxlite brand) Wheels" on the front of my 93/968 base coupe. Included Firestone 255/40 17" Indy 500 High Performance Summer tires. The fit on the front is perfect w/clearance to lower as required once the new struts & shocks are installed. The original were 7" x 16" 5 x 130 w/ET/55 I was quite surprised that no mods were required. It's like the new set was designed for the car. I am well pleased
So once & for all ! You can install 9 x 17 wheels w/255/40 17"s all round on a stock 93/968 base coupe. At least on my 968 base it works
