Unhappy Third Brake Light Trouble...

Okay, noticed a light was out...

Took it apart, found the 7 little bulbs in there, tried to find a match at the parts store at 9PM, put it all back together, no third brake light at all...

Took new bulbs out, reinstalled all old bulbs, reassembled, still no third brake light...

Am I missing some creative design feature here? Also, do not see any specific fuse indicated for brake lights and/or the center brake light assembly.

Anyone out there have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

If I remember correctly the mounting bracket is the ground source for the third brake light. Make sure the bracket is clean and rust free. I recall using a wire brush and sandpaper to get a clean surface, also you must clean the mounting screws as well they provide the contact. Make sure the screws are snugg when you test the light
Hope this helps!
