Default All Gauges Dead

'92 968 stick. The dash lights up and turn signal, "parking light" (driving light) and high-beam indicator all work, but no gauges do. i.e. no odometer, speedometer, tach, temp or battery.
I'd be surprised if this is mechanical; nothing mechanical (other than sitting for a while) has been done to the car. It has suffered low battery problems with the winter, but even when actively running, the mechanical gauges are all at zero.
I don't see any obviously-labelled fuses or relays. What dark secrets might the electrical system be hiding?

Chk G2 relay
Chk the fuse
Remove the fuse box cover , look inside the cover to be sure exactly which fuse and relay is dedicated to the instrument /dash

Retro, The conncetor may have loosened up also. If you get thet far in troubleshooting I have a spare cluster you can borrow to troubleshoot. I can slow boat ship it to you and you back if that's not it.

Thank you. @931guru had it, Fuse 18. It didn't look burnt, but replacing it fixed the issue.
