Looking for another set of eyes or ears. 1994 cab, starts perfect, idles perfect, accelerates perfect, sounds perfect until I get to any constant speed then car seems to miss. I have swapped MAF, fuel filter, replaced hoses. Looking for where else to look. Underload just pulls and pulls perfectly so I am cometely at a loss.

Like Yogii mentioned, sounds ignition related. Check cap, rotor, wires and pick up inside the distributor. Especially the
sensor wires outside the distributor that are part of the pick up. These wire live in a hot climate and deteriorate over time.
