Default Temp sensor problem

There's something wrong with my external temp sensor circuitry: it's convinced it's 24F no matter what. Does anyone know a likely suspect in a situation like this?

Are you sure that's not a negative 24F? That's what mine reads when I start it up, then it goes out. I thought I'd work on that in spring. I posted on this awhile back, and received some advice on where the sensor is and which fuse to check.
