968 and Megasquirt
I was curious if there is anything special about using Megasquirt on a 968.
I am able to find a decent number of references to 944 usage but was wondering if there was anything special/different about doing MS on a 968 other than adding control for the variocam. Anyone have info? Anything that precludes MS on a 968 or just follow the 944 info that is out there?
I see that the 968 is specifically mentioned on the diyautotune site for the Bosch 55 pin setup but... has anyone actually used it? The stock 944/S2 and 968 Bosch ECUs are more or less the same?
Or maybe my google-fu is broken today. Any links or info appreciated.

the LH-Jetronic fuel management is probably least problematic thing in the whole damn car
