this might be a better pic but the lighting/shadow makes the car look more lowered than it really is.

Can't recall offhand the ET but I'm thinking either 57 or 62? I do run a 4 or 5mm space in back because the car came with them - and it pushes the rears out just a little more to fill out the wheel wells. My car is lowered on H&Rs and I did nothing to camber or anything. That said the car had 285/35 PS2's when I bought it - but I don't think the tire size necessitates and changes to anything, frankly. No rubbing.
Thanks Brandon!
285's are quite a bit more $$$. Not sure it's worth the extra dinero to me over the stock 265's. But wow, your car is perfect!
Are those OEM clear signal lamps or the Dansk versions?

285 vs 265 is almost 1" which is a significant amount IMHO. It makes a lot of difference if your wheels are wide enough. And pushing the wheels out with spacers to the max will further enhance the stance of these wide bodies. (I drove my 1991 from 1993-2001 and I did the above and it was worth it IMHO.)

I need to stop visiting forums. Never ends well for my bank account.
How about the fronts? 235/40/18 or stick with 225/40?

I prefer as much mechanical grip as I can reasonably get - and so for me - 285. Actually I'd probably do 295/30 over 285/35 if I had a choice with this tire. Plus I wouldn't want to go 265 on a 10" wheel.
My understanding is you can get rubbing issues going 235 up front. May need to space it out, and roll the fender. Paul will probably clarify if I'm mistaken.

Dansk clears.

I run 295's out the back. My wheels are 10.75 wide so 265's would look pretty ghetto.
I run 235's up front with rolled fender lips and 6 mm spacers. No rubbing will occur if you do that.

Thanks gentlemen. Rather not deal with spacers and fender rolling. Sounds like 225/40, 285/35 is the ticket.

F: 225 is enough. 235 is doable, no issues, just need to check for spacer need at jounce.

R: You can go even go up 305 on the rear if you like...
I have 305's on my '87 right now no fender rolling! (Yes, rear suspension is different.) I measured everything like 100 times.

Frankly, Metalguru has the best stance for the 964 IMO.
