What kind of power should it be good for with the right exhaust and tuning on a 3.3 car?

Those are nice turbos, I believe a k29 hybrid. Should make over 400 at the wheels.

You will need to add fuel if you install that turbo. The only way to do that is to have Leask mod you WUR. Then you will need some tools to tune your car, which will protect your engine from detonation damage and extract the most power out of the set-up.

Would just a Upgraded WUR work or I need someone to work on it i.e. on a Dyno ?

I am happy with the current setup .9 bar boost with B&B headers, Camshafts and Cargraphic Muffler.
