I can't seem to remember on my old 91 Turbo if it sat flush to the throttle body or not? I can't get it to go down any lower then it is. I did also replace the o-ring.
These were the best pictures I could take. Thanks

I tried taking a picture yesterday when I took the others, I just can't get a clean shot of the other side. Would you be able to take a look at yours and see how its sits? Thanks

My I/C contacts it. That's when I know it's fully seated. I'd take a picture for you but it's off at the moment and the engine is out of the car.
To get mine to go on without a lot of effort, I had to deepen the slot in the front facing L mount about 1/4 inch. Then I use a rubber lube called Merpol on theo-ring to get the i/c over the o-ring.
