yep, I had to do this last year when the smaller white gear (yellow with age) broke a tooth.

I bought mine kit from https://www.odometergears.com/produc...1-964+89-93/70

replacement went flawlessly.

great diy have just replaced odo gear kit myself (85000 kms) total cost nzd37 local vdo agent quote nzd 180 once again brilliant diy cheers gazza

odometer gear

I have dissembled the unit but the plastic gear came out a real molten mess.I cannot count the teeth. Can somebody tell me which one I need?. My Porsche is a 911, 964, carrera4, cabriolet 1991.
