Default Highest Miles?

I'm a driver kind of guy and what impresses me are cars that get used.

There is a guy on the 993TT forum that has about 300,000 miles.

So - curious - who has the highest number of miles on their car here? My goal is to be that guy some day :-) Of course I got a jump buying a car with 70,000 miles. I'm at 77,000 now after my 1500 mile road trip a couple weeks ago.

So let's hear from you high milers.

64,275 miles on mine and unlikely to climb much higher as I use the 996TT as my daily driver, which has 98,750 miles on the odometer. I intend to drive the 996TT mileage as high as it will go without bankrupting me.

I'm rocking 79K...I know, crazy that 3500 miles per year takes the lead (temporarily, I hope!)!

61,000 Turbo 3.6 "mine"

My friends has around 120,000 miles also Turbo 3.6 "ROW 93model"

Mine will have ultra high miles someday, I plan to drive its wheels off and enjoy the car. Its not the amount of miles its how you maintain it ie service, storage and usage.

46K and still enjoying every mile I drive. Actually driving it less I enjoy it more. When I drove it a lot I sometimes started taking it for granted.

150,000 mile roll-over accomplished and running strong on original motor, no rebuild yet. Nearly every other system refreshed.

I have too many cars that all need to be exercised although I have a few friends with N/A 964's and well into the 300k mile range on original motor. These cars can go on forever if you take care of them properly. I hope everyone is checking valve lash every 15-20k miles and fixing any seals as needed. Also proper warming and cooling will add to their longevity. Has anyone done a leak down or compression test recently? You could be down on power although still running fine. \

2013 It seemed like just yesterday.

Have you ever had the exhaust valve guides replaced? Mine were pretty bad at 95K miles. If you're at 150K and they haven't been done....

Miles...I guess you're my rabbit - gotta catch you.

Ha ha my old thread. Well I've been trying.
Let's see I was at about 77K miles back in July 2013 when I started the thread.
Fast forward 11 years - I'm at 135,000 miles. Over 5,000 miles/year. All fun miles - canyons, day trips, multi day road trips through Colorado and other neighboring states, 2 X Rennsport Reunion...
I've collected sooo many awesome memories and experiences in this car over the last 11 years.
