Hello,
I havent driven my car over a week and a half. Since its the weekend I thought I drive it since the weather has been perfect. I took my pickup to the warehouse were I store my car and other vehicles in cool storage facility and started it and let it warm up for 3 minutes before I move it.
Anyways my friend and I sit and close the door and start to go out of the garage and I close the automated door. Suddenly the battery light logo started flickering to the right which I believe is on the clocks gauge and the rpm started to go down and like the car is going to die slowly. In addition I also noticed the ABS lock light switch on as the car is starting to stop i.e.. engine closing on its own.
Should I test the battery or replace it ?
What pops to my mind is either the battery or alternator ?

First of all, generally speaking you should not warm it up (check your driver manual).
Secondly, according to your description, I would check for loose battery cables.
My 0.05 cents.

Great, recharged the battery issue went. After 1 hour drive took the car back to the warehouse and rested for a while and re started it without the ac on 2-3 seconds later turned the ac on and the battery light started to flick. Anways seems that its 99.995% electrical which is easy to find out.

I've used one for 7 years with no issues. The only "sensitive", mission critical electronic component is the ignition module, which is isolated and I'd bet that it can handle some surge but like I said, no issue using a tender.

I have never heard of any issues with a maintainer. I use them on everything that sits for a few days. It comes with everything needed to hard wire it to the battery, so you just plug it in when you park it. Easy stuff.

I use a Porsche trickle charge on both my cars.. and they are parked most of the year (unfortunately) plugged in. is the battery tender better?
