Default Exhaust Tips.

Hello,

I have a 1994 Turbo 3.6 and it has a B&B exhaust system and like many I am not a fan of the exhaust tips they come with.

Can the tips be replaced with oem ones or other aftermarket ones, I asked the workshop manager over here and he said the OEM wont fit and I doubt that.

I would like to know if I can fit other tips to my B&B equipped Turbo 3.6

There may be some aftermarket exhaust tips you can bolt on to your existing Billy Boat Exhaust.

I would recommend finding the tips you want and having a performance muffler shop install them.

I modified stock tips to go on my exhaust. Removed the black paint and had a polishing shop polish them. To my eye, they are tailor made to the openings as they were styled by Porsche.

Send a note to B&B and see what your tip options would be.

Sorry - no, OE headers and muffler. I have a gutted wastgate muffler/cat (done by Fabspeed I think). If I can put the OE tips on the gutted wastegate I plan to swap back. I think. Haven't completely decided yet....

If you find they will fit your system and want save a little cash and buy some used but in good condition Fabspeed tips - let me know.....

The P.O. of my car put Fabspeed tips on. One was noticeably bigger than the other (poor quality control). It irritated me so much that I sold them and went back to stock.

Mine had some silly looking round dynamax tips coming out. When I am done with the exhaust I will just have some polished 3" pipe coming out.
