Did We Discuss This Turbo?
Looks kinda rough & overpriced. Been for sale for a while.

It dosent look too rough, more so really bad pictures I'm guessing. The reason I say that's I have a black one and if its a little dirty it ends up looking like a huge pile of dog poo when you take pictures of it. Note to seller, wash, wax, and take to a less neutral background and click some pics!

Yup, I talked to Thatcher, he's holding firm on the price. It was a bit too high for me, but does look like a nice car. Agreed, a detail and better pictures will sell that car quickly.

Agree - horrible pictures. A good $500 detail and some good pictures in front of a neutral background would sell it in a day or two.
Not sure whether this is the car with the cat removed to where there might be issues registering it in another state. That would be the ultimate turn-off for most buyers.

I don't care for the twists either. What does a decent set of cup wheels cost? I perused Pelican and eBay, but only found one set of rears for $1500 (yikes). Is that what to expect?
Also, are these the correct offsets (this is from TSB 4-9104):
Fronts: 8J x 17 AH / 52mm offset / Part #965 362 126 00
Rears: 9J x 17 H2 / 55mm offset / Part #965 362 128 00

I'd only put Cups back on a 964T if I had a thing for the originality of it all. IMO, Speedlines are the new Fuchs. How could you not buy a set for your car?

Agree with others, detail and change the light and background and you stand a much better chance of selling. I'm neutral on the wheels. I think the Turbo logo has been updated and is placed a little too low.

Some 17" ruf wheels would also look good, several sets on fleabay recently.
Either way, just factor that into the price. The biggest thing for me would be the steering wheel and lack of airbag, in an airbag equipped car.
The catless exhaust is another potential issue. I wish somebody made an exhaust for these and the 930 that used a hi flo cat.

Thanks, but why do I keep screwing this up? The 2003 TSB for wheels shows 6 different options for Summer wheel/tire combos. But the 1991 TSB doesn't even list 7Jx17 as an option. I'm confused.
Also, what are your thoughts on the San Diego car?
Thanks,
Matt
