Post What is it worth?

I passed on a '94 C2 Turbo, two owner with 15,000 miles...no mods except B&B exhaust system....the second gentleman in line bought it for $60,500.00...My concern was the car had only been driven less than 1000 miles in the past three and a half years....

I have been offered a stock '92 C2 Turbo, one owner, with 12,000 miles....it does have the '94 wheels....the price has dropped to $52,000...it is a southern car....the 15,000 mile service is due

It is such a thin market....what is a fair price for both seller and buyer? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" />

For the 92

I think 52k is really high. The miles are low but you could get a 30-40k mile car for probably around 40k. Is 15-20k miles less worth 12,000 bucks to you?

I'd say a fair price would be 45k.

I could be totaly wrong, I just know what I bought my car for and have seen other go for.

The prices have come down a bit on these cars. I am sure you have some room to come down on this 12k miles car. I would say mid to high 40k's. What do you plan to do with this car? If you going to drive it a lot, you will be paying for the mileage dearly.

My car has just a little over 42k miles, and to be honest, I won't sell it for around 40k.

Good luck getting your Turbo,

Sonny
