I have been looking at K&N filter elements for about $50 or going with the
PowerFlo K&N Conefilter kit for $445 from automotion. I am going to install
a cat bypass pipe this week.
Is the PowerFlo kit better?
Any recommendations?
Thanks,
Dave

Dave,
Some swears by the powerflow unit, some does not like it. We even have a person on here that dynoed and found out he lost hp on the powerflow unit.
If I were you I would do the K&N and drill the stock air box. A few people claimed that it is as good as the powerflow unit in term of power gain. The only problem is you have to remove the stock airbox first before you could drill it.
For more information, follow the link on my signature and go to some of the links to other turbo pages on the main page for the complete procedure.
Good luck,
Sonnyps: I only have the K&N and stock airbox. So far I like it.
